Experienced hospitality specialist Sam Austen has a passion for quality produce, local knowledge and regional food and beverage product. Keen to take on the city pub scene and resurrect a historic South Melbourne drinking hole, Sam engaged ID to create a contemporary identity and web presence for this old classic.
