Over the weekend, the Ivory crew celebrated our 10 year birthday rockstar-style, in the back of a disco limo, re-discovering our favourite Peninsula hangouts.
We kicked off the day with an extra special wine masterclass (at 10am, as you do!) and a behind-the-scenes tour of Port Phillip Estate. This was definitely a highlight.

Then off to visit the new kid on the block, Polperro Wines, for a stunning lunch overlooking the vines (and matching wine of course!).
Then a quick stop off at the family run Mock Red Hill, an apple orchard making their very own bio-dynamic ciders. Great little business with a cosy and casual vibe.
To finish off the day, we all rolled back into the limo, to visit the hidden gem of the Peninsula, Bass and Flinders Distillery, where we met Wayne and Bob who taught us a thing or two in a gin masterclass. We learnt their top secret tricks of the trade and experimented with different botanicals to hand-craft our very own gin varieties.
Overall we created some great memories with plenty of belly laughs along the way. Reminiscing is a beautiful thing! WHAT AN EPIC DAY! Same time next week?!
